Job summary

Nucar Toyota of Norwood, part of DCD Automotive Holdings, INC, is seeking a proactive Client Care Representative for our call center. You will handle inbound/outbound communications, qualify leads, and set appointments to drive dealership growth and customer satisfaction.

Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, coordinate with sales and service teams, and support marketing outreach. Previous automotive or customer-facing experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and manage vehicle sales and service leads.
• Qualify leads by gathering customer information and needs.
• Generate new business opportunities via web inquiries, social media, and past interactions.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Log and track interactions in CRM; maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth handoffs.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and outreach to drive showroom traffic.
• Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, service customers, and internet leads.
