Qualifications

• 4-6 years Automotive Claims handling (required)
• 1-3 years Supervisory (preferred)
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Advanced interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively lead change

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality and monitor performance metrics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues through effective communication and monitoring of satisfaction.
• Recruit and develop staff to support succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce performance expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals.
