Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Claims Automotive Team Manager - Communications to lead strategic communications for ACE Claims, ensuring employees understand the organization’s vision, mission, strategies, and policies while strengthening connections between leadership and employees.

The role oversees day-to-day claims unit activities, directing teams, coaching for regulatory compliance and customer service, and coordinating staff development to support succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 4–6 years Automotive Claims handling required.
• 1–3 years supervisory preferred.
• Advanced organizational, planning and delegation skills.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Advanced interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Review claim files regularly for quality and track/monitor statistics.
• Coach and counsel employees on performance in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer service issues through effective communication and monitoring of concerns and satisfaction.
• Manage employee recruitment and development to support succession planning.
• Lead meetings with unit management to communicate goals and reinforce performance expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry developments and best practices.
• Participate in committees and projects supporting organizational goals.
