Job summary

At Manheim (a Cox Automotive company), we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied. We are seeking a Claims Associate I to learn how to resolve customer complaints and prevent recurrence.

From day one, you’ll receive coaching as you work with buyers, sellers, and dealers to coordinate and validate returns and claims. You’ll review claims against National Arbitration policies, investigate basic cases, interface with various departments, and facilitate resolution through documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review claims to verify compliance with policies.
• Investigate basic, less complex cases.
• Coordinate with departments during investigation.
• Communicate resolution via phone, email, or in person.
• Maintain accurate files and documentation.
