Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking an Arbitrator I to learn the ropes of resolving customer complaints and ensuring we don’t repeat mistakes. You’ll review claims, investigate simple cases, and coordinate with various departments to move cases toward resolution.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review customer claims to ensure compliance with National Arbitration policies and account guidelines.
• Investigate basic, less complex cases and provide prescriptive decision-making.
• Coordinate with multiple departments during fact-finding and investigation phases.
• Mediates disputes and negotiates repair/pricing to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
• Maintain accurate files for each arbitration case, including invoices and settlements.
• Escalate to supervisor/manager when needed.
