The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with deadlines, while delivering professional service to customers and colleagues. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Bill all retail and lease deals accurately and efficiently.
• Process and bill dealer trades.
• Report dealer trade sales to the factory.
• Stock in new vehicles and maintain records.
• Provide backup support for the Deal Breaker.
• Complete deal scanning and document processing.
• Conduct a weekly dealer plate audit.
• Handle DMV-related filing and documentation.
• Maintain organized records per procedures.
• Provide courteous service to customers and internal departments.
