• Previous dealership accounting experience.
• Ability to balance large volume accounts.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Review– posting invoices/vouchers/payment requests.
• Balancing statements and finalizing data.
• Processing accounts payable invoices and payment requests.
• Entering invoices, posting and reconciling batches, resolving payables issues with vendors.
• Billing out deals, swaps and wholesales.
