You will process and post vehicle sales transactions, review deals for accuracy, maintain deal files, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams. The role supports reconciliations, month-end tasks, and ensures compliance with dealership policies

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership billing or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and post vehicle sales transactions.
• Review sales deals for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized deal files and records.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Accounting teams.
• Assist with reconciliations and month-end tasks.
