• Balance statements and finalize data.
• Process accounts payable invoices and reimbursement checks.
• Match checks to invoices after each check run cycle.
• Enter, post and reconcile batches; resolve payables issues with vendors.
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in the system.
• Filing and cashier duties; back-up receptionist for front desk as needed.
• Break down and cost deals; handle daily deposits.
• Post accounts payable/receivable; bill out deals, swaps and wholesales.
