EdNapleton Automotive Group is hiring a Call Center/Automotive BDC Representative at Napleton’s Midwest BDC Call Center in Merrillville, IN. The role handles internet inquiries and phone leads to generate appointments for the dealership sales departments.

Earn $750 per week guaranteed for the first 30 days, with opportunity to reach $35,000–$70,000 annually through commissions and incentives. Various shifts and benefits are offered in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in standard office software.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required; no cold calling.
• Able to communicate persuasively with customers to set appointments.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen as required by policy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails.
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction.
• Respond to internet inquiries via email, phone, and text.
• Schedule and reschedule sales appointments; follow up on no-shows.
• Contact customers about current marketing incentives and offers.
• Follow up with customers to generate leads and close sales.
• Explain product performance and available options to customers.
• Maintain a follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
