Job summary

EdNapleton Automotive Group in Merrillville, IN seeks a Call Center/BDC Representative to handle internet inquiries and phone leads, generating appointments for sales. This role emphasizes no cold calling and flexible scheduling, with a guaranteed $750 per week for the first 30 days.

You'll work at Napleton’s Midwest BDC Call Center with opportunities for growth across a large automotive group, and receive comprehensive benefits including insurance and 401K.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills.
• Knowledgeable to call center environment – NO COLD CALLS!
• Automotive experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails
• Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Answer customer internet inquiries via email, phone, and text
• Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Contact customers based on current marketing incentives
• Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
• Follow up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership
• Maintain a prospect and owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by management
