Lithia Ford of Fresno is seeking a BDC Administrator to handle internet, phone, and chat inquiries, schedule sales appointments, and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.

You will follow up with leads, confirm appointments, and support showroom traffic while working with the sales team to maximize show rates and hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an automotive BDC or customer service role.
• Able to create a welcoming and engaging experience for every customer.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficient with dealership CRM systems.
• Organize workload and maintain productivity with accuracy using computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet, phone, and chat inquiries.
• Schedule sales appointments for the dealership.
• Follow up with leads using phone, text, and email.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
