Kunes Auto Group is hiring an Automotive BDC Representative to join our Madison dealership team. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you will respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team via phone, text, and email outreach.

• Prior BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to online leads and phone inquiries
• Initiate outbound calls, texts, and emails to schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Build rapport and maintain communication with potential customers
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments
• Follow up with leads that have not yet visited or purchased
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and showroom traffic
• Learn and apply scripts, techniques, and processes that lead to successful appointments
