McGrath Acura of Westmont is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Professional to handle 100% of incoming internet leads and sales calls. You will schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and log customer interactions in our CRM while supporting the sales team to grow our dealership’s business.

The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong communication and time management, and is eager to learn.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization, and customer service.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to navigate the internet.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic approach to sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with all previous day's leads.
• Create customer contact notes in CRM.
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference.
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Navigate dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business.
• Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
