Paragon Acura is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule sales appointments, and maintain client communications. The role emphasizes script-based outreach, data entry, and updating the customer database with accurate information.

The ideal candidate will bring a professional, friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting monthly goals.

Qualifications

• Previous phone or telemarketing experience in automotive or related fields.
• Professional, enthusiastic attitude at first contact with any client/customer.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasking and capable of meeting goals.
• Computer-literate with data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Contact customers using scripts to schedule appointments for Sales and Service.
• Post scheduled appointments on the appointment board in BDC.
• Purify and update customer changes in the database.
• Generate letters, postcards, and emails to schedule follow-up reminders.
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
