McGrath Acura of Westmont is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Professional to handle 100% of incoming internet leads and sales calls, schedule appointments, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Follow up with previous day's leads and update CRM notes.
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to website requests via text, email or phone.
• Notify departments when appointments are scheduled.
• Navigate dealership software to prospect and solicit new business.
• Support the sales team to increase automotive sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly goals.

The McGrath Acura of Westmont Sales BDC is looking for the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn who will immediately have a positive impact on our growing department. This department handles 100% of all incoming Internet Leads and Sales calls into the dealership.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Answer all incoming phone callsand schedule a sales appointment.
• Follow up with all previous day's leads
• Create customer contact notes in CRM.
• Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to Customer website requests via text, email or phone their preference
• Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled.
• Navigate through dealership computer software to prospect and solicit new business
• Assist the sales department’s efforts to increase automotive sales
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals.
