Gillman Chevrolet GMC San Benito is seeking a Business Development Center Consultant to serve as the initial contact for potential customers researching vehicles, pricing, and availability in the digital marketplace.

Your role focuses on guiding prospects through the research-purchase-ownership process, scheduling showroom visits, and initiating appointments to drive sales opportunities and future client retention. Training will be provided to ensure confidence and success.

Qualifications

• Retail, Sales & Customer Service experience background (Automotive preferred).
• Computer skilled individual who works well in a very fast pace, team environment.
• High School Graduate preferred.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include drug screen, MVR and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Be the prospect's first Gillman Chevrolet GMC San Benito contact point before showroom visit.
• Cultivate/coordinating appointments with prospects to increase sales opportunities.
• Help bring new business prospects into the showroom and grow client retention.
