Scranton GMC Cadillac seeks an energetic Service Business Development Center Representative to drive new business. You will be the first contact for prospects, building a robust pipeline through outbound and inbound sales efforts and delivering tailored automotive service and sales solutions.

You will promote vehicle features, financing options, and service packages, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or B2B sales within automotive dealerships.
• Ability to present vehicle features, financing options and service packages.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Engage potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to promote services and sales.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline; qualify leads and follow up.
• Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling to generate prospects.
• Present vehicle features, financing options, and service packages clearly.
• Negotiate deals to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Build relationships by understanding needs and upselling relevant products.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions with supported tools.
