Suburban Toyota of Troy in Troy, MI is seeking an Automotive BDC Agent to be the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and driving showroom traffic.

This full-time role offers base pay plus performance incentives with uncapped earning potential, along with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Strong communication and customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, sales, or retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable talking with customers on the phone throughout the day.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, text messages, and emails.
• Engage prospects, gather vehicle needs, and guide them through next steps.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
