Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of Generation Auto Group, is seeking a Business Development Representative who will connect with customers, generate appointments, and support the dealership's sales team through phone, email, text and chat communications.

You will respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, schedule test drives, and maintain accurate notes in Tekion CRM while collaborating with Sales Managers and Consultants to improve show rates and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling a high volume of customer communications.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably in automotive BDC or sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing leads to generate appointments.
• Schedule and confirm test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate customer information, notes, and follow-up activities in Tekion CRM.
