Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of Generation Auto Group, is seeking a Business Development Representative who will connect with customers, generate appointments, and support the dealership's sales team through phone, email, text and chat communications.

You will respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, schedule test drives, and maintain accurate notes in Tekion CRM while collaborating with Sales Managers and Consultants to improve show rates and sales opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative at Generation Kia Buick GMC, part of the Generation Auto Group collection, you will play an important role in connecting with customers, generating appointments, and supporting the dealership's sales team. This position is responsible for responding to customer inquiries, following up with leads, scheduling appointments, and providing an exceptional customer experience through phone, email, text, and chat communication.
