Job summary

Honda of Princeton is seeking a motivated Sales BDC Representative in Princeton, NJ. You will make outbound calls, respond to inquiries, and build new sales opportunities while aligning with the sales team to set appointments and move prospects through the funnel.

You will develop customer relationships, maintain CRM data, and contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on customer satisfaction and growth within the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, BDC, or customer service is a plus.
• CRM experience preferred; DealerSocket is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, emails and texts to generate leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track activity.
• Follow up with leads to maximize appointments.
