Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the BDC team and daily operations in a dealership setting.
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads, and appointment setting.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Collaborate with sales management to increase showroom traffic and sales.
• Coach, train and develop BDC reps and sales staff.
• Track KPIs and drive team performance to meet dealership goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service.
