Automotive BDC Manager for a stable and growing automotive company in the North Florida area. The Automotive BDC Manager will lead a high-performing team handling inbound customer requests for a sought-after brand with an outstanding reputation. We value leadership, sales passion and operational excellence.

The successful BDC Manager will oversee daily department operations, implement sales strategies and lead a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth.

This is an ON-SITE position and is available IMMEDIATELY!

Company will offer relocation to the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead the BDC team and daily operations
• Oversee inbound and outbound calls, internet leads and appointment setting
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Work closely with sales management to increase showroom traffic and sales
• Coach, train and develop BDC reps and sales staff
• Track KPIs and drive team performance to meet dealership goals
• Ability to coach and develop staff, manage KPIs and ensure consistent follow-up and customer engagement
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager or BDC Team Lead in the auto dealership industry
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills
• Proven track record of driving lead conversion and performance
• Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet performance goals
• Experience managing inbound and outbound call teams, appointment setting and CRM systems within a dealership environment
