Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group in Florida is seeking a BDC Salesperson to manage inbound and outbound customer contacts, schedule appointments, and drive showroom traffic. This on-site role requires a 40-hour week with rotating Saturdays and a strong focus on customer service.

You will participate in ongoing training, earn weekly pay with uncapped earning potential through commissions, and benefit from a comprehensive package including health, 401(k) and employee programs.

Qualifications

• Call center and/or automotive experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Energetic, well-spoken and customer-service driven.
• Must be dependable, punctual and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with customers.
• Respond to emails and chats from customers.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Log customer information in the CRM and track interactions.
• Help drive showroom traffic and support sales goals.
