Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership BDC experience is required.
• BDC leadership or management experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong CRM knowledge and experience.
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the dealership's BDC.
• Lead, coach, train, and motivate BDC Representatives.
• Monitor inbound and outbound phone, internet, email, text, and CRM activity.
• Drive appointment-setting performance and appointment show rates.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and compliance with dealership standards.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service to align BDC goals.
• Prepare performance reports and action plans when results lag.
