Job summary

Ferman Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound guest communications and support the dealership’s sales and service teams. You will respond to leads, schedule appointments, and maintain guest records in the CRM to drive engagement and opportunities.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, phone etiquette, and organizational skills, with experience in CRM systems. Automotive or BDC background is a plus, but on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous guest service, call center, sales, or dealership experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online leads.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on sales and service leads.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the dealership CRM system.
• Track and manage lead activity, follow-up status, and appointment outcomes.
• Provide product and service information to guests as needed.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth guest handoffs.
• Follow up with unsold showroom guests and missed service appointments.
• Maintain consistent communication standards and scripting guidelines.
• Ensure timely response to all internet and phone inquiries.
• Assist in achieving dealership appointment-setting and conversion goals.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
