Rafih Auto Group is seeking a BUS DEVELOP COORD to join the team at Shelby Township, MI. This FullTime role is based at the Audi of Rochester Hills location and focuses on driving customer engagement for sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will excel in phone-based communication, handle internet inquiries, provide product information, and coordinate follow-ups with sales leadership to support a smooth sales process.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond promptly and professionally to internet inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Coordinate follow-up with dealership associates and Sales Manager to ensure proper customer service/sales process.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily to update prospect notes and organize follow-up.
