Atlantic Coast Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring a Business Development Center Administrator to connect with prospective customers and manage follow-up to turn interest into showroom appointments. You’ll work with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to visit.

The role emphasizes CRM mastery, multi-channel communication, and high-quality customer engagement in a fast-paced automotive setting.

Competenze

• Experience in account management, customer success, inside sales, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence connecting with customers by phone, text, and email.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfort managing multiple customer relationships and priorities.
• Ability to learn CRM systems and dealership technology.
