Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls using a script and schedule sales or service appointments.
• Contact internet leads via phone and email to set appointments.
• Respond promptly to website inquiries and confirm upcoming appointments.
• Log all interactions in the DMS and notify relevant departments.
• Follow up with teams to track appointment outcomes and CSI targets.
• Notify customers of incentives and resolve concerns with managers.
