Job summary

Nissan of Downtown LA, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Sales BDC Administrators. Earn $18.42-$20 hourly, full-time, weekends, with paid holidays and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will develop customer relationships, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM data to support high-volume sales. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in customer service or BDC, comfortable with phone, email, text, and learning dealership software, with reliable attendance and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior customer service, call center, BDC, or receptionist experience.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, and text.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships through follow-up to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.
• Contact customers by phone to schedule appointments and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Gather and maintain accurate customer information in the dealership CRM for ongoing communication.
• Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, pricing, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
• Follow up with customers after their visit to ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when needed.
