Compensation Range: $50,000 to $80,000+

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an automotive service department, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven track record of strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
