Job summary

Georgica Auto Holdings seeks an Automotive Assistant Service Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient workflow across the dealership.

You will supervise service advisors and technicians, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, review repair orders for accuracy, monitor key metrics, promote services and parts, and step in for the Service Manager when needed, while upholding our commitment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in an automotive service department with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proven track record of strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and other relevant software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or certification in automotive technology is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
