Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You will review and code expense accounts, process vendor invoices for two dealerships, reconcile invoices to statements, and assist with general accounting tasks. A strong command of accounting software and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience in automotive dealership accounting preferred

Responsabilités

• Review, code expense accounts, and process vendor invoices for two dealerships.
• Post invoices to general ledger accounts.
• Obtain department manager approvals when not documented on invoices.
• Reconcile invoices to vendor statements before payments are issued.
• Reconcile factory accounts payable statements monthly.
• Process lien payoff payments to lenders for customer trades.
• Assist with light accounting and administrative tasks as assigned
