Job summary

Groundswell seeks a Senior Test Lead to guide a team delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing for federal programs.

You will translate complex requirements into actionable test objectives, own the overall test strategy, and design end-to-end programs ensuring performance aligns with mission needs. Automation with UiPath is central, and results drive program leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of testing software applications including system, regression, performance, and automation testing.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists on complex programs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear test objectives and plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Certified with SAFe Agile, ICAgile, or Tosca is preferred.
• IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive clearance or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into clear test objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy including objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assess performance against requirements within scope and schedule.
• Build and maintain automated test cases with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Analyze test output and defects; present actionable results to government stakeholders and leadership.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
