Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a Senior Test Lead to direct a team of testers across system, regression, performance, and automation testing. You will translate complex requirements into measurable objectives and own the end-to-end test strategy, ensuring alignment with mission outcomes.

You will design end-to-end test programs, assess performance against requirements, and maintain automated tests with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in testing software applications including system, regression, performance and automation.
• Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex test programs.
• Experience translating requirements into test objectives and test plans.
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe, ICAgile) and DevOps integration.
• Hands-on development and maintenance of automated test cases using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Familiarity with commercial test environments and procedures.
• Certified in SAFe, ICAgile or Tosca is preferred.
• IT-II Non‑Critical Sensitive clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing.
• Translate requirements into clear testable objectives and use cases aligned to mission outcomes.
• Develop and own the overall test strategy—objectives, methodologies, schedules, and analysis.
• Design and execute end-to-end test programs, assessing performance against requirements.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager.
• Lead analysis of test output and defect data, delivering actionable results to stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements to test cycles, plans, and security reviews.
