Euclid Chemical is seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to manage and troubleshoot PC hardware/software, support dispensing equipment systems, and provide remote and on-site training. The role also handles warehouse duties and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ideal candidates have Windows/Pcs, industrial automation, electrical and pneumatic knowledge, plus mechanical aptitude and ability to read manuals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Certificate training in relevant areas is a plus.
- Windows PCs & networks knowledge or experience.
- Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge.
- Hands-on tool knowledge or experience.
- Mechanical knowledge and reading technical manuals.
Responsibilities
- Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
- Maintain system documentation, specifications, and drawings.
- Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
- Train field technicians and customers on installation and operation.
- Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control diagnostics.
- Support assembly, inventory, and logistics activities as needed.
- Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
