Euclid Chemical is seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to manage and troubleshoot PC hardware/software, support dispensing equipment systems, and provide remote and on-site training. The role also handles warehouse duties and requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ideal candidates have Windows/Pcs, industrial automation, electrical and pneumatic knowledge, plus mechanical aptitude and ability to read manuals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate training in relevant areas is a plus.
• Windows PCs & networks knowledge or experience.
• Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Hands-on tool knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
• Maintain system documentation, specifications, and drawings.

• Train field technicians and customers on installation and operation.

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
• Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
• Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
• Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
• Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.
• Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience.
• Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $47,000 and $59,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
