Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
• Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
• Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
• Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties.This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.

Education & Experience
