Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a RPM International subsidiary, in Euclid, Ohio, seeks an Automation and Technical Support Technician to manage PC hardware/software, support dispensing equipment, and provide on-site and remote training while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires Windows-based PC knowledge, industrial automation, mechanical skills, and strong problem-solving abilities; warehouse duties are included, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Additional certificate training in areas of responsibility is a plus.
• Windows-based PCs & Networks knowledge or experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
• Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
• Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
• Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.
