Job summary

Euclid Chemical, a fully owned subsidiary of RPM International, seeks an Automation and Technical Support Technician in the Cleveland area. The role focuses on managing PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, and providing remote and on-site training.

Mechanical, electrical, and automation knowledge are essential as is strong problem-solving and communication. The position is on site with opportunities to support warehousing, logistics, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certificates are a plus.
• Experience with Windows-based PCs and networks is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, electrical and pneumatic systems is beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Education & Experience:

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $47,000 and $59,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
