Euclid Chemical is seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to manage PC hardware/software, support dispensing equipment systems, and provide training both remotely and on-site. The role involves warehouse duties and collaboration across teams to diagnose automation and mechanical issues.

Ideal candidates will have Windows PC and networks knowledge, plus hands-on experience with industrial automation, electrical, pneumatic systems, and reading technical manuals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certificate training in relevant areas is a plus.
• Comfort with Windows-based PCs and network concepts.
• Knowledge of industrial automation and pneumatic/electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals.

Responsabilités

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware and software.
• Maintain system documentation and technical drawings.

Euclid Chemical is currently seeking an Automation and Technical Support Technician to be responsible for managing and troubleshooting PC hardware/software, supporting dispensing equipment systems, providing remote and on-site training, and handling warehouse duties. This role requires technical knowledge in Windows PCs, industrial automation, and mechanical systems, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain PC hardware, software, and licensing.
• Maintain system documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Provide remote technical support via phone and online tools.
• Train field technicians and customers on system installation, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with automation, electrical, pneumatic, and control-system diagnostics.
• Support General Assembly, Inventory and Logistic activities as needed.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Additional certificate training in the areas of responsibility a plus.
• Windows based PCs & Networks knowledge, or experience.
• Industrial automation, electrical, and pneumatic knowledge, or experience.
• Hand, power, and measuring tools knowledge, or experience.
• Mechanical knowledge, or experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and technical language normally found in equipment manuals.

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $47,000 and $59,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
