Job summary

Brilic Media, a dynamic growth-focused team, is seeking an Automation Specialist in the United States to build and manage a large-scale lead generation system for our M&A efforts. You will primarily locate app owners who may be willing to sell and bring them into Brilic, using scalable outreach tools and custom automation.

The role combines hands-on setup with strategic optimization, requiring you to connect diverse data sources, run outreach across email, LinkedIn and ads, and continuously test

Qualifications

• Experience with automation, including hard setups.
• You can find the right tools for the job, learn them and set them up on your own.
• Experience with lead generation or sales emails is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the lead generation infrastructure that finds/attracts mobile app owners using outreach tools (mass email, LinkedIn outreach, etc.) and various other automation tools (e.g. for scraping online app databases, contact info, etc.).
• Connect various data sources into one unified database.
• Set up and run outreach across email, LinkedIn, ads, App Marketplace and other channels.
• Track results, test what works and improve the process.

We’re looking for an Automation Specialist with strong technical skills to develop and manage a lead generation system for our M&A team. Our goal is to find app owners who want to sell their apps and bring them to us!

Possible channels: email, LinkedIn messages, ads, any app databases, developing our own app marketplace, or any other ideas.

You’ll use automation for large-scale outreach, together with manual work: personally setting up & managing the infrastructure and the leads database.
