Rexel USA is seeking an Industrial Automation Specialist to drive growth in Oklahoma City, providing pre-sales and post-sales support for automation products and services. This role involves developing sales strategies, delivering technical training, and coordinating with Inside Sales to quote and expedite orders.

The candidate should have 5+ years in the electrical distribution field, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Electrical distribution industry or related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School or GED - Required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals of assigned technology offer.
• Develop sales strategies, promotions, programs, and plans for sales growth.
• Develop annual performance goals, objectives, and sales action plans.
• Prepare periodic sales funnel, weekly sales reports, etc.
• Provide technical support for internal and external customers via on-site visit, phone, and email.
• Establish relationships with sales and customers to understand sales potential.
• Acquire, use, and continuously develop personal technical knowledge.
• Move projects through the sales cycle to conclusion.
