Rexel USA is seeking an Automation Product Specialist to join our Western North Carolina team. You will support outside sales, drive automation product sales, and build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and offering practical solutions.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical distribution or related field, a High School diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and strong technical and communication skills to explain product benefits, perform on-site support, and assist customers
Qualifications
- Experience in electrical distribution or related industry.
- Strong computer skills with MS Office applications.
- Ability to translate technical features into customer value.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned technology offers.
- Provide technical support to internal and external customers via on-site visits, phone, and email.
- Establish relationships with customers to uncover sales potential and drive orders.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and explanations of terms and delivery.
