Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Industrial Automation Specialist in Oklahoma City to drive sales growth and provide pre-sales and post-sales support for automation products. You will develop strategies, coordinate with Inside/Outside Sales, and assist customers with technical solutions.

The role demands strong product knowledge, field visits, and the ability to create training for customers and staff, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equivalent experience in electrical distribution or related fields.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Excel/Outlook/Word and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for assigned technology offerings.
• Develop sales strategies and plans for growth.
• Provide technical support via on-site, phone, and email.
• Prepare sales reports and manage the sales funnel.
• Deliver product demonstrations and training.
• Follow up on leads and advise on inventory needs.
