World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Sr. Agentic Operations & Observability Consultant - Automation to lead across global clients from a remote base in the United States.

You will define priorities, design automation and observability architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with sales, partners, and client executives.

A strong background in IT automation, observability tools, and AI-enabled operations is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large automation and observability engagements.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
• Strong communication with engineers, delivery teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation and observability.
• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams and mentor engineers.
• Engage with customer leadership to define priorities and outcomes.
• Develop reusable patterns and expand capability with IP.
