Qualifications

• Automation Instinct & Agentic Tools: Strong drive to eliminate repetitive work using AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations.
• IT & Security Operations: 0-2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure, Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, and MDM platforms.
• Security & Process Discipline: Strict adherence to security protocols, precise documentation habits, and sound judgment when handling compliance risks.
• Communication & Documentation: Exceptional clarity in technical writing and verbal communication, as you will be the primary interface for internal stakeholders and will need to maintain clear, concise documentation for all automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflows & Automation: design autonomous workflows using AI coding tools.
• Automated Identity & Access: automate onboarding and provisioning from ticket-driven to policy-driven automation.
• SaaS Lifecycle Automation: maintain tool inventories, track usage, reclaim licenses automatically.
• Automated Endpoint Security: manage fleet MDM while automating OS patching, encryption baselines, and drift detection.
• Automated Compliance & Security: generate audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and AI governance frameworks as a byproduct of automation.
• Operational Excellence: standardize IT runbooks, manage integration registries, and deliver Tier 1/2 support with defined SLAs.
• Advise other functions: act as in-house expert for Finance and HR on tool/subscription administration, renewals and billing.
