Job summary

Entyre Care is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead and scale our corporate IT systems. You will own identity, access, endpoint management, and IT service delivery for a distributed workforce, coordinating with Engineering, Compliance, and HR.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, able to manage people and vendors, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously improve the employee IT experience while maintaining strong security and compliance posture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT support and systems administration experience
• Experience with identity/access infrastructure ownership
• Strong knowledge of SSO, 2FA, passkeys, conditional access, and password management
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 2700, HIPAA frameworks
• Hands-on leader capable of managing people and vendors

Responsibilities

• Lead technical authority on M365, MDM, and device inventory
• Automate onboarding, offboarding, access provisioning, and device provisioning
• Support hybrid/remote workforce with endpoint, identity, network strategies
• Achieve and maintain 100% endpoint compliance across MDM, EDR, and DLP
• Align with executives on technology needs, workflows, and improvements
• Partner with IT & Engineering on roadmap and cost optimization
• Identify opportunities to integrate HR, identity, SaaS, endpoint, and ITSM
• Leverage AI and automation to improve IT efficiency and employee experience
• Collaborate with Compliance and Engineering to support audits and security posture
