Zusammenfassung

KH Automation USA seeks an Automation Sales Manager to own new business development and key account growth across North America. You will close deals with ODM/EMS manufacturers at US/Mexico sites and open doors with other electronics, server, and automotive manufacturers, coordinating with engineering in China.

This quota-carrying role rewards proven close-rate ability and existing customer relationships. You will travel up to 40-50% to NA customer plants, lead the sales cycle, and collaborate

Qualifikationen

2–3 years of B2B sales or business development in industrial automation or related field.
Established relationships with manufacturing decision-makers in North America.
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing deals on capital equipment.

Aufgaben

Identify and win new accounts across electronics, servers, data-center hardware, EMS/ODM manufacturers, and automotive/EV plants in NA.
Develop pipelines for core products: screw-fastening and labeling machines, lines, tooling, and services.
Lead sales cycles from RFQ to PO with engineering teams on pricing and solutions.
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and monthly pipeline reports; engage with HQ on market insights.
